Asif Dasl Member Posts: 2,116 ■■■■■■■■□□You need to flesh that baby out a bit. List what operating systems you have worked with, what procedures you completed reguarly (maintained weekly active directory backups - be more specific than just 'backups'), maintained secure file shares, maintained centralised print operations, point of contact for users. Did you do imaging of computers? How many, treat it like it was a project (roll-out of desktops). Did you maintain documentation? List everything you did, I know it was part-time but it all counts.
Last few things - 'MCTP certified' at the top doesn't exist, change that to MCTS. And increase the margins, they are way too small for what you've got listed. Double space if needs be to fill the full page out.

Asif Dasl Member Posts: 2,116 ■■■■■■■■□□I wouldn't over egg it, but space it out so it looks like there's more on your list. Don't be too consise. Correct below as appropriate:
Administered Windows Server 2003 and 2008 servers
Assisted in Active Directory migration from 2003 to 2008
Maintained Active Directory users, groups and group policies (maybe you did GPOs)
Maintained college-wide DNS & DHCP addressing (maybe you could say department-wide)
Configured secure file and print server roles
Created and deployed Windows 7 images using the ImageX tool
Maintained weekly Active Directory and file server backups
Resolved any issues the students might have had with their computers in a timely matter, either by configuring the operating system or repairing the computer altogether

If you reduce the margins it'll make the bottom of the page look less empty.

Essendon Member Posts: 4,546 ■■■■■■■■■■The first revision is better than the first. Incorporate Asif Dasl's points and put in bullet points for the 2009-2010 gig too. Just keep it consistent. Maybe it's just me, but the font you have used makes the words jump out at me, too big for me. Maybe try one point shorter? Also it might come out better if you centered the section headings. HTH!
