Is there anything you would change/remove. I've had it out there for just over 2 weeks with only one hit. -

Asif Dasl Member Posts: 2,116 ■■■■■■■■□□Drop 'Rookie of The Year Winner' it makes you look like a... well... a Rookie! It could be something you could bring up in an interview but not put on your resume. What certifications do you have? If you don't have any then that might be the reason your not getting any bites too. Put the job description in to bullet form.
Have a look at this previous thread too, it might give you something to compare against. You need to list your responsibilities more (like the previous thread) not just what you did in the job.
Oh and it's better when you post the actual PDF because we can advise on how it looks also (use the manage attachments button) -

Essendon Member Posts: 4,546 ■■■■■■■■■■Not a bad resume at all. I'd move the Education/Certificates to just below the Summary section. Apart from this, looks good. Since you dont have any certs at the moment, I'd leave the MCITP : in progress in so the interviewer/HR knows you are working on one.

Pishof Member Posts: 193Quick critique on your education, what degree? Network administration isn't enough. Bachelor, associates? Applied science, computer science, IT?
I can assume B.S. IT but it should be spelled out to avoid any confusion or someone skimming your resume thinking you forgot to include that information.Courses Left for WGU BS - IT: NA:
Finished!
On to VCAP! -

cyberguypr Mod Posts: 6,928 ModIs it smart to add In progress certs?
Some people will say drop it. I recently switched jobs. In my case I listed my in-progress CCENT\CCNA and when they brought it up in the interview I specified that I was 2 months away from ICND1. I was able to answer correctly every single Cisco question they threw at me which proved I wasn't trying to BS. If you list it make sure you can validate some level of knowledge related to the cert.
Having interviewed dozens of candidates in the last year, if I see "In-progress MCITP:EA" I expect you to have at least an MCTS and be able to answer some basic AD, DHCP, DNS and GPO questions. -
TechZilla Member Posts: 58 ■■□□□□□□□□I am scheduled take both exams late this month. 680/686 I feel well versed in Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2. I am confident with both.
Another thing that may be hurting me is that I am in Florida and applying for jobs in Texas (family thing, looking to relocate). I removed my address hoping that my resume doesn't get canned for that reason. -
