WGU Students: Nook & CourseCompass books

I installed Gingerbread and Flash on my new Nook and was really looking forward to being able to read my coursework on it from coursecompass.com. Anyways, I turned off the popup blocker on my Nook's Chrome and every time I try to pull up the multimedia book, I get a prompt that my browser wants to open a new window and when I choose "Allow" the screen flashes and then the popup window closes without loading my book.
Has any other WGU students with Nooks experienced this? How did you get around it or were you able to? Thanks for the help in advance
