I need to know in details how to connect 2 switches to GNS3.

    Make a cloud in GNS3.
    Assign physical NICs to cloud.
    Attach physical NICs to physical switches.
    Attach GNS3 routers to cloud NICs.

    I would suggest you to start using Linux since it is easier to manage the IOS in GNS3, especially the Idle PC seems to be more stable. Check this link for bridging virtual interface (tap0) with the actual interface (eth0). Not only you can learn Cisco this way, but you will also learn a lot of things about Linux. Let us know where you get stuck. If you prefer to use Windows, then you would have to use cloud like the above poster said.
