GBICs for a cisco 2950G

Two questions:

A: For the GBIC ports on a cisco 2950G what type of gbic module do I need for standard gigE?

B: Where the cuss are these things sold?

All I seem to be able to find is single mode fiber gbics and so on....

That's what I thought to but it just doesn't look like they will fit.

They fit, they just protude obnoxiously.
