Dear all,

Hi all, so glad to be one of the member of TechExams.net Forum.
I do hope someone could assist me on configuring a
DHCP server on Cisco 827 router.

Here's the network infrastructure senario:

I have a Cisco Router connected with Static IP Address
example:

Cisco 827 router connected with a static IP given by ISP
and Linksys router connected to Cisco 827 router with another
static IP given by ISP. Internal Interface of Cisco router connected to Enternal Interface of Linksys Router. Internal Interface of Linksys router connected to LAN.

DHCP Server is currently enabled on Linksys Router but the DHCP doesn't work.

I want to disable the DHCP server on the Linksys Router and enable the DHCP server from Cisco 827 router.

Could anyone here assist me on the step by step guide on how to configure the DHCP server on the Cisco 827 router?

I would like to create a DHCP pool to distribute 50 ip addresses.

I would like to use Putty to access into Cisco 827 router to work
on it.. After I use putty to telnet into 827 router, then I type in
the username and password for the router, after that I go into
privillege mode and type Enable..then I type my secret code to
the router. From here.. I hope someone could assist me
on creating the DHCP server in the Cisco 827 router.

Hope to hear from u guys soon.. Thanks
