Post your offer letter...

Hello all,
Anyone want to post their offer letter? I am kind of curious to see the differences. I have only ever received two offer letters, both from the same company, so I don't know what to expect if I was to move on.

Most I've gotten are explicitly confidential. An expert is a man who has made all the mistakes which can be made. -

Looks pretty standard. They typically outline your pay, your start date, any contingencies for your employment and to whom you will report.2025 Renew: [ ] AZ-204 [ ] AZ-305 [ ] AZ-400 [ ] AZ-500 [ ] AI-900

Yeah it's not something that many could post without breaking any confidentiality agreements me thinks -

What "differences" of the offer letter do you care about? The font size? The specifics of the job offer? Here's my opinion of the offer details:- All insurance (health, dental, life, etc.) - unknown - depends on cost
- Opt-out credit - good - kind of low, but it's rare and nice to have at all
- 401(k) - maybe good - depends if you receive it immediately (a 90 day wait before receiving any match is common, and some places make you wait even longer)... 5% is a good match (3% or less is common)
- Tuition reimbursement - good - many places don't offer this, or only a minimal amount
- Holidays - okay - 10 paid holidays is average/low
- Vacation - unknown - how many days do you get?
