resume critique and questions

I have just modified my resume and wanted to get some input on it, I know there's a lot of fluff on it because right now its sort of a general resume. I'd like to make it more geared towards IT jobs but I don't really have any "professional" IT experience, my experience comes from volunteering my skills at previous jobs and doing side jobs for people like building computers and fixing them. I'm not sure how to include this on my resume in a meaningful manner which will help get me a job. I don't currently have any certifications but I will be taking the network+ exam this month and I have no worries about passing it. Any help would be appreciated.

I reckon you post a pdf of the resume, makes for easier reading. If you just copy and paste it here you lose the formatting and we cant see how the resume actually looks like.
