Books on Cisco VoIP

I have been wanting to go into the VoIP field for some time now. I am looking for a book that will give me an overview of the concepts and goes a little in-depth into the CallManger system. If anyone knows any good books or brands(dummies line, cookbook) that are good for this type of thing please let me know.
