Running application on iPad

Any Project manager or IT manager is planning to run Windows application on iPad. I'm looking for either Citrix Xen App server or VMware. However, I don't have any experience on VMware setup because pricy and not able to get my company to get it. Any Citrix guy out here can provide me some feedback?
