Recover deleted Blackberry users?
Awright folks, we have BES 5.0.2.28 running. If I delete a user (as in purge them), is there any way I can recover the account?
I'm new to BES administration, what I need to do is free up some licenses which apparently can only be done by blatting some accounts. So once the account is purged, I know I can re-add the user but will they be restored to the way their account was? BTW, we run Exchange 2003 SP2.
Perhaps I am just overthinking the whole thing, I can just re-add the user and once Outlook has re-synced, it's going to be all good again?

They'll lose any of their blackberry specific items i.e. bookmarks, notes. But for e-mails and contacts and addresses all of that is stored in Exchange so they'll just sync those items over.Jumping on the IT blogging band wagon -- http://www.jefferyland.com/
