Old objectives good until?

I am sure this has come up alot recently due to the new objectives coming out.

I just passed my A+ and I am going to start working on the Net+.

Are the old objectives only good until May, when the new ones come out?

I saw on one post that it would be good until June?

I emailed comptia but no response yet.

Does anyone know?

    If you want to go for the old objective then i would get it booked before 1st of may like i have, but comptia e-mailed me saying that the 2003 objective are going to be avaliable till the 30th june, but the exam must be taken before it ends.

    which one is harder...i am planning to take it this month...to avoid the new one

    looking at the objectives i would say the new one is, take old one asap. But im going to get the 2005 mike myers book as referance anyhow into new technologies

    i haven't seen any major differences in the two objectives (2001,2005)
    i think if anyone wishes to write the network+ exam, they should focus on the wireless technologies (blue tooth, wifi) cause comptia is bringing alot of questions on wireless technologies this time in the new exam (2005 objectives)
