Cisco PBX people where art thou?

I have been looking all over for a forum to ask other Cisco PBX people about which SDK is the best for us.
Please, if you have a little extra time, could you take a peep at this sdk: Ozeki C# VoIP SDK - How to setup Ozeki VoIP SIP SDK with Cisco Unified Communications Manager
which works with Cisco, and seems good, but I'm not sure.
