I haven't taken it yet and am only studying from an old book.

But I do plan on getting the Comptia study guide that is supposed to bridge the gap between old material and the new exam content.

From their site, the obvious additions I could see were:

    PCI-X / PCI-Express
RAID Level 1+0, 0+1, 5+0, 0+5 and 5+1 in addition to the old RAID levels.
    Pentium 4 chips.
    DDR + DDR2 memory
    Ultra320 SCSI drives.
    SATA hard drives.
Windows 2003 Server (but this isn't gonna be a whole lot different than W2k Server)
I think one or two new tape drive technologies like Super DAT

I don't think there was anything else major. Check there website.
