SNMP Traps

Hello all,
I've configured my SNMP traps to send to a host, and used evntwin to setup some traps. I wanted to test out the functionality by using the event id 520 (system time change). I've also exported the event and added it using the evntcmd command. However, it doesn't actually send a trap when I change the time. I'm thinking it's because the time change isn't logged, or at least I can't find it in the security log. If I restart the server it does send a coldstart trap, but anything I configure doesn't seem to work.
Does anyone have any ideas on what the issue might be?
Thanks!
