Given an ip address of 100.100.0.0/19. Type in the address of the first subnet with the bitcount .

u said that the network ID of the address will be 100.100.0.0/19
so as we can see that this is a class A adders so net step to do is the /19
this mean that your Subnet mask contain 19 1's like that
in binary
11111111.11111111.11100000.00000000 and then u have to convert it to decimal
it will be
255.255.224.0 so this will be your target Sn-id
then u said that u want the first subnet Ips it ok
well it takes some time from me to calculate it but here is the full range
in the next post
