What is the best way to test encryption?
Lets say I cipher a folder while logged on as User1, and then I log on as User2, should User2 be able to view the contents of that folder, or will it be garbled?
I know there is only one way to find out, but I'm actually at work right now so I don't have the luxury of logging out and back in as someone else.

i beleive user2 can c the file and open it but they can't c its content
