Do I get a different number for CCNP or = CCNA

I'm CCNA and I'm taking the tshoot (Last test) on monday and I was wonder if I pass the test and I'm a CCNP, does the CCNP number is different from the CCNA or they gave you a new number?

I believe your Candidate number stays the same throughout the *NP levels but you get designated an official Cisco number when you become a CCIE.
