I was perusing through the Cisco Learning Network forums and happened to come across this:

I didn't look into this much at all, but for the price it might be worth it to some folks, so I'm just passing it on. They have a free video lesson on subnetting (which I didn't watch either). They claim being a charity or something to that effect, so do your research. If anyone knows more about this, it'd be interesting to hear about it.
