Professional resume services? Are these worth?

Hi all,
I am starting this post as some people suggest that going to a professional resume service is a good move? I do not have much experience, so I am looking for entry level jobs.
Is it really the fact all the time? I do not know much reputable resume services around my areas (Kitchener/Waterloo, Ontario, Canada).
I was wondering if any of these online services are good?
I see these sites like resumeedge.com, 1-on-1-resumes.com, etc.
Are these good?
Or do you guys know any good website like this?
Any have tried these?
