I work full time help desk and after getting my ccna I want to work for another firm about 8 hours or so volunteering a week.

I tried all the job search sites and I am wondering if anyone has any tips to go about finding a volunteer job?

I obtained my ccna cert 3 months ago and my job doesnt really do much with cisco switches and routers because its such a small organization

Might be better off finding a Jr Network Admin position or some tier 1 NOC work.
