How would you guys answer this question. I need something funny.

short explanation of how you would approach the following situation:
A user comes to you complaining that their computer is "slow".

My answer would be " i would ask the user why he/she thinks the computer is slow.

I usually tell them it's because of the weather...

examples: When it's cold electricty doesn't flow as fast. When it's cloudy the internet slows down because the satelites can't get through. Something along those lines. At work they know I am kidding, so I use them often. If they call BS I let them know of some things I can do to speed er up, or tell them that they can get an upgrade when a programmer gets a new pc.

As for how to answer the question in an interview I would NOT use those lines, maybe start out with it and follow up with a generic/real reason.
