What cables for a switch with fx or sx ports ?

Ended up with with a few 2950's and a c3550
(bit of overkill but ...)

couple of the 2950 have 100baseFX
another has 100baseSX
and another is 2950G


3x c2950T's
2x c2950C's
1x c2950G
1x c3550
2x c2950 - FX
1x C2950- SX

What cables and gbics do I need for the SX and FX?

Thinking of getting
1x Cisco QFBR-5689 gbic

and this for the 2950G and c3550 - Cisco WS-X3500-XL GigaStack GBIC 2 x CAB-GS-50CM

Finally got an sc to sc patch cable for use with 1000base sx gbics
$19 for 50cm had the choice of 50cm ,1m and 3m for same price
from these guys

Now just need to get a couple of patch cables for 2950fx and 2950sx
they're definately not sc to sc.

You can't directly connect a 2950c and a 2950sx - different interface sx vs fx

Have to connect via a 2950g with the correct gbics.

MT-RJ-to-MT-RJ patches to connect them.

Finally got it sorted fiber connector wise.

mtrj to mtrj were fairly cheap $16 for 4 + p&h

so
2950c -> 3550fx <- 2950c - mtrj to mtrj (orange)
2950sx to 3550fx with sx gbic with mtrj to sc(blue)
