I think I just found that the 1000BASE-SX GBIC will not do 100MB. Can someone confirm this?

I'm not too savvy about this stuff just yet, but ... sure its not something simple...? I always have duplex issues with certain devices, nothing hard coded to 1GB, maybe autosense should be on...
