Job interview.. "Temperature Monitoring Software Field Tech" job?

Been a bit since I've posted here..

Continuing my post-military journey furthering my education and job hunting for the past month or so. I was called today from a "healthcare management" company that's right around the corner. The position they're looking to fill is a contract job that consists of installing and maintaining software for temperature monitoring of vaccinations in their client's hospitals, they also mentioned that after the contract I would just become an IT support at the office. In the job listing they were basically just seeking someone with a few years of experience in IT and nothing very specific. Anyway, the lady I spoke to gave me a quick interview over the phone, sounded happy with my responses and set me up for a walk-in interview at my earliest convenience. I'm kind of stressed because I really have no clue what type of questions they'd ask regarding this.

The job listing didn't ask for any specific knowledge on the temperature monitoring software, so I assume they would train me on it. Does anyone have a job where they've worked with something like this, or have a clue what they might ask in the interview?

I had a Comcast help desk job lined up, but reeeallly would prefer to get this job. It pays at least 35k (she asked my min salary on the phone) and it's only 2 miles from the house. Seems like a pretty sweet gig/company for my lack of degree and certs as well.

Any info from you experts would be great! Thanks.

Do you have any experience with temperature monitoring software? If not, maybe read about it and mention that you don't have any related experience what so ever but willing to learn. Other than that, if this IT support probably basic break/fix and customer service related questions in the interview.
