I'm confused

Help answer this questions:

When an interview tells you he will talk to HR so see how soon they can get me in for a face to face interview, does that mean i'll be getting one?

    Was this a phone interview? And if so, when the interviewer said they would talk to HR, was this on the same call while you were being interviewed? Or did the person call back and tell you this?

    If it was on the same call as the interview, I would say there is a chance you may get another interview, BUT the person will have to go over their notes and discuss it with HR first.

    If the person called you back and said this, then it definitely sounds like you will be getting another interview.

    It was in the same call. He told me that with all the information they gather about me, that they would like to schedule a face to face but they'll need to talk to HR first
