Concerns about taking the 70-680 first

Hey Everyone
So I've been studying for the 70-680 cert and am only a couple weeks into it. I've seen just recently in a lot of places that people are recommending to take the 70-680 last. Since I'm going for the MCITP Enterprise administrator anyway (hopefully), I was wondering if it truly is better to take the server exams first. I have no qualms dropping the 680 for now if it means an easier road ahead.
So is it really better to start with the server exams and if so which one? 640, 642, 643? How would you compare the server exams to the 680 in terms of difficulty and preparation time. Also what resources would you recommend for your server exam of choice?
Thanks in advance!

sheckler Member Posts: 201Might as well start at the beginning and do 70-640 first. There's some server stuff in the 70-680 so it would be nice to have that info going in.
