Looking for a scanner
Our office needs to purchase a bunch of scanners, and i have no idea what model or brand i should look to.
It needs to scan drivers license, insurance card, 8.5x11 paper....and i'd like for it to have some dev software if possible so it can auto-name the file scanned and put it in a network location.
Desk space is at a premium so it needs to be very small. I dont work in the medical industry, but i think they use a tool that will do this in many places....anyone got any idea what brand/model i can look at?
TIA.

TYVM. I think we can use one of their other models to get this done.
Do you have any exp. with the software that comes with it? One thing i would like to do is scan a driver license and have it save the file with the DL#, last name...something to that effect. -
it_consultant Member Posts: 1,903The scanshell products seem to work OK for that purpose, but the contact management would actually work better with the Dymo product.

Most of my clients scan directly into their EMR program, which then parses the info, I don't have that much experience with the contact management software. -

Document Capture ? Data Capture - Kofax
