Any recommendation for Android time management app?

Greetings, there are a ton of different Android time/task management apps, however I'm looking for one that would keep track of progress of task and date/time when working on certs.
For example:
Date. Task. Time spent
Thursady. Read chp 2. 50 minutes
I think this would really help me track my progress when studying.
If any knows of an app or has a method where they track their study time via smart phone, please share.
