If this is it, I should be good to go. I thought maybe they'll be asking me questions like, DNS, IIS, TCP/IP, Print Spoolers and all that. But, I guess am ready then.

Those topics will be more for an admin type role. What does the job description say?

resolving help desk issues, deployment of IT resources,in-person,hands-on help with desktop support, participate in planning and implementing of policies and procedures. Software updates, file backups, configuring systems and applications, create help document. some Windows server OS, AD, Exchange, TCP/IP, Terminal Server/Citrix.

It's a lot of responsibility and I like it.

Ah ha, that's more like an admin type role then.

    1. What are differential/incremental backups?
    2. How will you restore a document from a Wednesday if you take a full on a Friday and incrementals every weekday?
    3. Which backup software have you used?
    4. Explain WSUS in a few sentences, they might ask you to show them how you'd approve/decline updates. Can you automate WSUS update deployment using GPO's?
    5. Which version of Word have you used? Might ask you some specific question on Word
    6. A whole plethora of questions can be asked from a user's AD account.
    7. A user's application is hanging in Citrx, what would you do?
    8. Roaming profiles?
    9. How will you move mailboxes?
    10. Expand a user's mailbox?

    Should give you an idea.

These would all fall under "Resolving Help Desk issues" and some of the other tasks would be done by help desk staff. Sometimes the wording of IT positions makes them hard to see what they really want. ex. Look at all the Help Desk position stating: "MCSE preferred" If you are comfortable with both sets of Essendon's lists you should be good :D
