Changes in Linux +

I have an older Linux+ CBT that I had purchased second hand from CBT nuggets I think it has the 2004 update with it what has changed from then until now is there quite a bit. All of the CBT material I have for Linux plus seems to be dated or the same I am curious will this do or will I need newer materials for study I assume the objectives have changed slightly but I cannot say what the difference from then till now was and was hoping maybe someone else may know if a lot has changed or if I could still use this CBT and feel confident enough to take the test.
