Probably the same as CCIE RS which is 790.

I done some google searching and some forums are saying 699.

I don't think there is an official passing score and even if it was it would be breaking the NDA to reveal it. Study hard and you won't need to worry what the passing score is because you will be well over it.

You should not worry about what the passing score is. Don't study just to pass the exam. Study to gain knowledge and to understand the concepts and theory. Your priority should be learning and knowing the material.
