" the specified phone number does not answer"

I have unity 4.2 setup to provide voicemail for 2 phones I have in my lab, it seems to me Unity cannot talk to the callmanager but the callamanger can talk to the Unity???? Whats going on?

Voicemail are routed to the Unity box but Unity cannot send any signal like MWI and cannot also call an extention....


This is the error I get is "the specified phone number does not answer". when I try to call a number from unity

I do not get this error when I use Unity connection...

My unity server is windows 2000 server, exchange 2003
