    a) What career are you targeting, ie: network, systems, software, etc?

    b) You need some sort of "summary" statement at the beginning of your resume that tells your audience about you and your skills in a nutshell

    c) Since you have 4+ years of IT related experience, you should not list your education at the very beginning of your resume, most likely place it at the end

    d) The core and technical competencies sections need to be merged together - this is often called "skills" or something similar, in that merged section you need to list exactly how many years of experience with X technology you have, ie: 5 years AD

    e) The IT related and other work experience need to be merged together - this is often called "experience", consider dropping non IT experience off of your "main" resume completely when applying to IT only jobs. Have another resume that lists all of your experience including non IT related experience that you can pass out at interviews if the question comes up of "what did you do before IT??".

That's all I can think of for now

I agree with the above posting. It should be only one page and not crammed to fit that one page.
-Summary section up top will help
-Core competencies and technical competencies is too redundant -- resumes care more about proof rather than broad statements
-Remove Work shop student and Best Buy experience, may want to remove electrical internship also if you run out of room.
-Skills section is better to include

You definitely need to adjust your resume and create resumes for Sys admin, tech support, etc so you are not sending one resume for every job. You have a lot of good experience.
