Ccna voice lab

ccna voice lab,,,
i am just new to voice world now going through ccna voice book authorize self study by jeremy and cbt nuggets by jeremy also, both are awesome but the problem is without lab... For days i am searching in the internet about any advice for lab using gns3 ( or any thing but without buying any thing ) any help to do my ccna voice lab using gns3 will be useful......

any thing for voice LAB will be useful...
