Hyper-V CSV Resource Name
pham0329
We have a Hyper-V environment using CSV for Live Migration. When I go to the Cluster Manager, I see the CSV resource name doesn't exactly match up to the Volume number.
For example, when I go to Failover Cluster Manage > Cluster Shared Volumes, CSV1 maps to c:\ClusterStroage\Volume3. It's kind of a stupid question, but can I change the resource name without any worries about it affecting anything else?
Haven't really found anything about this so I assume that changing the resource name is no big deal?

You can change the resource name without worries of affecting anything. If you're wanting to change the mount point itself though, you'll be faced with some down time.
