Mounted Certificate Coupon

I just received my certificate in the mail Friday, 9/9. Nearly 4 weeks to the day from when I received notice that I am a CISSP.

With the certificate was a coupon for a free lapel pin and 10% off of a mounted certificate or plaque. I had already decided to either get this certificate framed locally or buy a mounted certificate if it was cheaper. With 10% off, there is no way I can get it cheaper locally unless I want it to look cheap.

When I went to use the coupon codes, neither of them worked for me. Anyone else have this problem?
