Microsoft emailed my Mcp number, but don't know where to login.

Another question: I signed up for the 2nd shot of microsoft before i took the exam i failed. But I don't know if the promotial code is correct. Is every promotional code the same.

When i am on the payment page of prometric. On top on the page it says
Do you have a promotion code or voucher if so click. When i click i put promotion code and the 6 alphanumeric numbers i got when registering on microsoft 2nd shot offer. And when i press validate it brings me back on the page of payment.

Don't know what to do.

Hopefully someone else here who has experience with the 2nd shot promo can help you out with that one.

One thing that I would do, even though I hate it is call Prometric and set up the retake over the phone.
