Enabling TPM on a Lenova BIOS

For the migration to Windows 7, the company wants to use bitlocker on our laptops. For this to work best we need to enable the TPM chip in the BIOS of each laptop. Dell has some good tools out there for doing this quickly and efficiently but I'm not finding a lot of options to use with Lenova's.

Has anyone done this before?
