Interview Tomorow

I have an interview tomorrow. This is only my second interview in the IT field and first for a job with a salary and nice perks. I have been reading about the company online to try and get some insite about them and what they do. I have read that I should have five prepared questions for them tomorrow when I go to the interview. Here are two of my questions and I would like to get some feedback as to if they should be asked or not.

The first "Why is the position vacant" (system administrator position)

The second "What is it like to work for Company ABC"

I am still trying to come up with 3 more.

I am also going to bring some paper and a pen, 5 copies of my resume, a printout of my questions, and a copy of the job description. Am I going about this the right way or am I over thinking this?

I always ask about upcoming projects. You can easily thread on that to tell them how your experience and skills fit in.

Some great advice already and I'll chime in:- ask of the size of the team- if any travel is involved- work from home possibilityGo with the flow of the interview, ENSURE you ask of upcoming and current projects. Good luck!

Maybe a little late for you, but a good question is always "What is your ideal candidate?" This gives you some inisight into what they are looking for so that you can attempt to steer the discussion to how you fit what they are looking for.
Decide what to be and go be it.
