Certification advice please!!!

Hi all, if I want to have a career in the IT field related to database management or network security, which certification would be the most helpful to get? There's are so many out there so I would like to hear some advices some experts before I make my decision!

Depending on your experience level I might start the MS track with the MCITP Server Administrator
MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional) | Training Courses for IT Professionals

MS SQL Server there are these MCITP paths:
Microsoft SQL Server Certification l Database Administrator and Developer

After you have those and 10 years experience you can move on to the MCM for SQL Server
Microsoft SQL Server Certification l Database Administrator and Developer
