2nd Shot and Discount Voucher

Does anyone know if you could use both the 2nd shot and discount voucher (that comes with MS Training Kit book) in one exam. If so where would you put the codes? all in on text box or do they have separate text boxes where you could type them in. Appreciate your input.

You should be able to.
I used a voucher and the promo code when registering for mine.
