70-640 Order of Studying

Is there an order I should study the materials for the 640 exam? For instance, The Microsoft Skill numbers start with DNS and then move to Installation. However, the Microsoft Self Study book doesn't address DNS until chapter 9. So I was wondering what people thought.

I am hoping to take the exam with 6 - 8 weeks depending on my schedule. I have a VMWare esxi 4.0 server with 4 2008 R2 servers running for a lab. I also have experiance with Active Directory in 2003 and some in 2008, however, I don't have any experience with stuff like AD-FS, AD-CS, and things like that, so I have a bit of studying and labs to do.

The order in the book is fine. If you want to study a particular topic first, though, that is also fine.
