In case of
10BASE-T or
100BASE-TX the first connector is
TxD+ signal, second one is
TxD-, third one is
RxD+ and sixth connector is
RxD- signal. Why there isn't just
TxD and
RxD like usually serial buses do(for example
RS232 or
USB)?
Is this because of balanced pair operation or are there other reasons?
