Need Opinion

Hello everyone,

I need your assistance. I am 24 years old. I have completed my Engineering in Electronics & Communication field and then after MBA in marketing. Though I am not an outspoken person and not good at communication skills, I have taken Marketing instead of finance. (Because I thought that why do finance after B.E. But some of my friends -(B.E + MBA finance) got back office jobs, which are of my nature) I am facing lot of problems in getting job due to this. What should I do? To get any networking certificate course or any management diploma in operations/finance or any thing that you can suggest me...

I have done my B.E. in 2008 and MBA in 2011.

Well what do you want to do ?

Work as an engineer or a manager or in IT or ?

Having degrees is fine but you need experience to go with them.

I'd recommend getting some experience.
Also depends on where you are.

here in Australia you can have lots of degrees but will not get a job unless you have some experiance.

A lot of taxi drivers in Sydney have masters, doctorates , ccna and other certificates but can't get a job in the field they wanted because they never got any experience.
