Typical Day for an SysAdmin/Network Engineer (MCITP and/or CCNA certs holder)

Hello my fellow TE people,

I would like to know what is the typical day for a System Administrator and a Network Engineer (Especially those who hold MCSE/MCITP and/or CCNA certifications) at work? Do you enjoy the work even if it make you want to pull your hair out? Thank you in advance!
