Mostly Help Desk because I know that's probably the only positions that I can get. My goal is to be a network or server admin, or something to that effect.

Get 10 posts, then you should be able to upload your full resume. It will be easier to critique it as a .doc or whatever file format it is in.

So if 10 posts on this thread I can upload my resume?? If so, I didn't know that was an option.

I don't have time to fully read through this right now but a couple things caught my eye.

"Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Internet and Email"

Internet and Email aren't microsoft products. You could say Internet Explorer and Outlook if that's the direction you want to go.

The bullet points under work experience don't use the same tense. You start out in past using "used, responded, captured" and then later change and use words such as "maintain, provide, demonstrate"

I like this resume a lot. I feel like I've got a good idea about your experience.

    A few things:

I would reorganize and revise these lines to read:

    · Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP, Vista and 7
    · Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Internet-based applications

Under Thompson Reuters, I would revise:

    · Responded to incoming Technical Support calls and emails, providing assistance with installation and functionality questions/issues

Technical support was a little repetitive

    Best of luck to you.
