Need some advice on career path.

I have my MCSA and I failed the 70-293 twice with a score in the 620 - 630 range. I am getting discourage and I don't know if I should continue on the MCSE track or switch my attention to CCNA. I am currently working as a desktop technician and make decent money, but is really burning me out. I really want to do Sys Admin work but I am really interested in CCNA Voice.

Sounds like you need to decide which one you "really" want to do more. Systems Admin/Engineer and Network Admin/Engineer specializing in Voice are 2 completely different paths.
