Any w-2 contractors out there who have families? What do you do about health insurance etc if the bennies offered by the contract house are either a) non-existent b) too pricey and doesn't cover anything?
I've thought about going back through contracting but the bennies situation is the issue and if you're paying $1k a month for private health insurance most contract houses wont fork up the extra hourly wage to cover it.
Any thoughts or ideas?
