JNCIA vs JNCIS

Hey guys, I've accepted a new position and part of my new job will be support of secure remote access. Juniper is about to become an important part of my life. I don't have the luxury of pursuing any Juniper certs right now (maybe I'll get started on that in a year or so), but I was wondering what the difference is between JNCIA and JNCIS? Are they comparable to CCENT vs CCNA?

    imho it's more like CCNA vs CCNA Specialist-xxxxx
    We responded to the Year 2000 issue with "Y2K" solutions...isn't this the kind of thinking that got us into trouble in the first place?

    In that case I should have been more specific. How about the JNCIA-SSL and JNCIS-SSL? (I'm just doing secure remote access support as far as Juniper obligations go)
